From my internship to my current position, I’ve always lived by one quote, the one you see to your left. There have been times in my career that I get to make those goals and there have been times where they are made and passed down.

How I sleep so well at night

What keeps me up at night is the top of my to do list the next day. You’ve heard of fight or flight. And more recently fight, flight, or freeze. Well, now we have fight, flight, freeze or research! I research and get to work.
